The Problem

ADHD breaks most systems at the worst moment: under load.

Life-stage transitions don't just add complexity — they destabilize every workaround that was holding things together.

"What worked pre-kids collapses when routines become multi-threaded."
Trigger: Life-stage shift
"Planning isn't the issue. Starting, switching, returning is."
Trigger: Executive function deficit
"Tools multiply. Cognitive load skyrockets. Self-trust erodes."
Trigger: System overload
"A single missed step cascades into household chaos."
Trigger: Single-point failure

This isn't a character flaw. It's a systems mismatch: variable executive capacity vs. time-sensitive external demands. The scaffolding that once worked was built for a different version of your life.

What It Is

A systems intervention for executive dysfunction.

Not an app. Not a productivity hack. An architecture built around how your brain actually operates — and how real life actually disrupts it.

01 · Externalize

Externalize executive functions

Move time, priorities, sequencing, and working memory out of your brain. Reduce the cognitive tax of keeping everything in your head.

02 · Feedback

Design feedback loops

Small signals → small corrections → stability (not perfection). The system tells you when you've drifted — before drift becomes derailment.

03 · Reduce

Reduce cognitive load by design

Fewer decisions, fewer steps, fewer failure points. The minimum viable system that holds up under load — even on the bad days.

Re-entry-first: The system assumes you'll drop it sometimes. Restart paths are part of the design — not an afterthought. Dropout isn't failure here; it's expected input.

Primary Conversion · Assessment

Instant clarity: why your scaffolding is failing now.

2-Minute Assessment

Find your failure mode.
Get your next scaffold.

Designed for busy working parents. Not a diagnostic tool. You'll leave with a concrete, specific next action — not a vague recommendation.

  • Your Scaffolding Failure Mode (one of 4–6 types)
  • Your next best scaffold — 1 action you can do today
  • A 5-day build plan (mini-course invitation)

Example Failure Modes

01 Time Blindness + Transition Collapse
02 Overwhelm / Priority Compression Failure
03 Working Memory Saturation
04 Avoidance + Emotional Interference
05 Planning-Execution Gap
06 System Drift (start strong → stop quickly)

The Path

Assessment → 5-day sprint → operating cadence.

Three sequential wins, each building on the last. No prerequisite reading. No 40-page workbook. Just the minimum effective dose.

Step 01

Scaffolding Assessment

Instant · Free · No email required

A failure-mode diagnosis of your system — not you. You'll know exactly where your scaffolding is breaking and why, within 2 minutes.

Step 02

5-Day Mini-Course

15 min/day · One artifact per day

"Rebuild Your Scaffolding in 5 Days." Each session ships a usable artifact you keep and operate.

  • Day 1: 3 Anchors system
  • Day 2: One Big Thing + Two Tiny Things
  • Day 3: Transition cues
  • Day 4: Re-entry protocol
  • Day 5: Weekly planning ritual (minimum viable)
Step 03

Biweekly Operating Notes

Ongoing · Evidence-grounded

Systems doctrine, templates, and micro-protocols — plus Barkley-grounded research translation that cuts through the noise.

  • Operating Doctrine (systems thinking for ADHD life)
  • Tactics (templates + micro-protocols)
  • Research translation (Barkley-grounded, anti-slop)

Launching May 2026

The Scaffolding Rebuild Sprint.
30 days.

For diagnosed Millennial working parents whose old systems no longer survive real life. Small cohort. Coaching-led. Built around re-entry from day one.

  • 2×/week 30-minute coaching-led sessions
  • Minimal dashboard + templates (yours to keep)
  • Community support + re-entry mechanics
  • Evidence governance — Barkley-aligned constraints + refer-out rules
Who it's for: diagnosed working parents with ADHD whose old scaffolding has collapsed under the weight of real, multi-threaded life.
Expected Pricing
$299–$599
Core cohort: ~$299–$399
Premium (includes 1 short 1:1 calibration): ~$499–$599

Pricing reflects live coaching + small cohort capacity.

Science & Safety

Anti-slop by design: evidence governance built in.

The ADHD O/S doesn't make claims it can't support. The guardrails are part of the architecture, not a disclaimer we added afterward.

01 · Foundation

Grounded in Dr. Russell Barkley's research on ADHD as executive function and self-regulation impairment — the most evidence-backed framework available for adult ADHD intervention design.

02 · Claims hygiene

The system includes explicit claims governance: what we can say, what we can't, and when to refer out. No outcome promises that aren't backed by the literature. No slop.

03 · AI as governance layer

AI is a compression and personalization tool, operating within evidence constraints — not a replacement for care, clinical support, or human judgment.

Not therapy. Not diagnosis. Not medication management. The ADHD O/S is non-clinical scaffolding designed to help you operationalize evidence-based principles in daily life. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, we'll point you to appropriate resources.

About

Built by a systems architect who lives the constraints.

15+ years designing GTM systems and marketing infrastructure for B2B SaaS companies — then building AI-native ventures. The same architectural instinct that goes into InflectionEngine goes into the ADHD O/S: durable over flashy, protocol over hacks.

Diagnosed. Working parent. Based in North Andover, MA. The ADHD O/S isn't a side project — it's the system I'm building to run my own life, made rigorous enough to be genuinely useful to others who share the constraints.

Design philosophy: if the system doesn't survive a bad week, it isn't a system. Everything here is built around that assumption.

Values

  • Durable over flashy Systems that hold up under real conditions, not demo conditions.
  • Protocol over hacks Repeatable structure, not tips that require motivation you don't have.
  • Systems over willpower Willpower is a depletable resource. Systems aren't.
  • Re-entry over perfection The question is never "did I drop it." It's "how fast can I restart."
  • Evidence over enthusiasm Barkley-grounded claims hygiene. No slop. No promises we can't back.

FAQ

Questions worth answering honestly.

Is this therapy?
No. The ADHD O/S is non-clinical scaffolding. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or manage a clinical condition. If you need therapy or psychiatric support, we'll point you to appropriate resources — that's built into the governance model.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
A diagnosis is recommended. The system is designed around the clinical reality of ADHD as executive dysfunction — it's more precise, and more honest, to work with people who share that baseline.
Is this another productivity app?
No. It's a protocol + coaching + minimal dashboard. The distinction matters: apps require activation energy to use. This is an execution layer designed to survive the conditions when apps get abandoned.
What if I've tried everything and quit?
That's expected. Re-entry is built in from the start — not as a feature you unlock later. The system assumes dropout. Restart paths are part of the architecture, not an afterthought.
How is this different from ADHD coaching?
Coaching without protocol is highly dependent on the individual coach and session continuity. The ADHD O/S is protocolized, artifact-producing, and governance-constrained — you build something you own and can operate between sessions.
How is this different from Inflow, Tiimo, or Notion?
Those are tools. This is an execution layer. A hammer doesn't tell you what to build or how to come back after you set it down. The ADHD O/S provides the protocol, the consistency engine, and the restart path — tools are optional components inside it.
What does the AI do in this system?
Compression and personalization — within evidence constraints. It helps adapt templates to your specific life stage and failure mode. It doesn't make clinical claims, provide therapy, or operate outside the Barkley-grounded guardrails.
When does the cohort launch?
